Artillery of Dover Castle

Dover Castle has existed in some form since pre-Roman days, though I imagine the artillery are newer. In the second World War, this castle was the first line of defense against a possible invasion from France, which thankfully never came. Still, the tunnels were used extensively to protect from air raids and coordinate Allied efforts, and you can tour them today.
