Night at the Capitol

The lights at the National Mall make it impossible to see the stars, and the moon wasn’t cooperating this night either. But that doesn’t mean that there aren’t sights to see when the sun goes down. This photo was taken from the Lincoln Memorial and includes the Reflecting Pool, Washington Monument, WWII Memorial and Capitol Building (under construction).
