Early mornings in Washington D.C. are a great time to go out and get some shots. The quiet serenity of the monuments on the National Mall gives a lot of time to plan and setup. And then the wedding photographers and joggers show up just a sunset and you have to move. But they can’t take the Reflecting Pool, which provides for a stunning view of the sun rising behind the Washington Monument.
