Occoquan Bay National Wildlife Refuge is a great place to catch bald eagles when the weather is nice, but on dreary daysit can be hard to get a great shot. Waiting for the sun to come out gives some oppurtunities to explore the landscape. While I didn't get the eagle shots I came for, the view of the bay made up for it. The morning mist accentuates the decaying structures in the water for a great moody image.
