Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled up until the moment production begins. Because each piece is made to order, once your print enters the creation process, the order can no longer be cancelled. If you need to request a cancellation, please contact us immediately so we can check the production status.

Returns & Refunds
Due to the custom nature of our artwork, all sales are final. Returns are only accepted if your item arrives damaged or if there is a manufacturing defect. In those cases, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue, and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

Partial Refunds
In certain situations, a partial refund may be offered. If a return is approved for a reason other than damage or defect, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Partial refunds are issued only after the returned item has been received and inspected.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
