King of the Tigers

Signed and numbered limited-edition fine art photography, available on fine art paper or metal.

Print & Size Guide

Fine Art Paper
Professionally printed on archival fine art paper. Smaller prints arrive matted in standard frame sizes:

4×6 print → 5×7 mat
5×7 print → 8×10 mat
8×10 or 8×12 print → 11×14 mat

Larger fine art paper prints are sold unmatted and are ready for your choice of framing.

Metal Prints
Printed directly on aluminum for a vibrant, contemporary presentation. Metal prints arrive ready to hang and appear to float away from the wall.

Choosing a Size
The size shown in the selector refers to the photograph itself, not the outside dimensions of the mat. Select a size and finish above to see the options available for this photograph.

Fine Art Paper: 4x6 prints are matted to 5x7, 5x7 prints to 8x10, and 8x10/8x12 prints to 11x14. Larger paper prints are unmatted. Metal prints arrive ready to hang.

About the Limited Edition

Every Spiral View Photography print is part of a signed and numbered limited edition. Edition sizes vary depending on the print size and format.

Each print is personally signed and individually numbered. The signature and edition number are placed on the mat or on the back of the print, never across the photograph itself, so the image remains completely unobstructed.

Once an edition sells out, no additional prints from that edition will be produced.

Mike the Tiger reclines on his rocky perch with the languid confidence of an apex predator who has never once questioned his own authority, holding direct eye contact with the camera while his tongue curls slightly outward in an expression that reads somewhere between tolerant amusement and mild warning. The rich amber and white of his coat, crossed by bold black stripes that sweep in dramatic arcs across his full body length, is rendered in extraordinary detail against the softly blurred rockwork and lush green habitat vegetation behind him. The warm, saturated color of his face and chest practically glows against the cooler tones of the surrounding habitat, turning what could be a simple zoo photograph into something genuinely commanding.

This is Mike the Tiger owning his frame the way LSU fans have always believed he owns Death Valley — completely and without debate. A natural for any Tiger faithful wall space, but equally compelling as a standalone wildlife portrait for anyone who appreciates a large cat rendered at the absolute height of both species and photographic excellence.
